At the Institute of Geosciences at Ruhr University Bochum, you can learn about exciting topics from a wide range of fields within the geosciences. Our researchers and lecturers work on topics such as sustainable resource procurement including drinking water and mineral resources, petrology, crystallography, experimental rock physics, earthquake seismology, structural and engineering geology, and earth structural seismology.
